1. Scope of AI Services
By engaging AI Automation Agency, you agree to our terms regarding the deployment of artificial intelligence solutions. Our services include, but are not limited to, workflow automation, AI-driven sales systems, and custom API integrations designed to scale your business operations efficiently.
2. Professional Engagement & Payments
Project commencement requires a formal agreement and an initial deposit as specified in your custom proposal. We operate on a milestone-based delivery system. Please note that due to the resource-intensive nature of custom AI development, initial deposits are generally non-refundable once the architecture phase has begun.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All custom code, AI prompts, and automation logic developed during the project remain the property of AI Automation Agency until all outstanding invoices are cleared. Upon final payment, full ownership and usage rights of the specific implementation are transferred to the client.
4. Third-Party Platforms & APIs
Our automations often rely on third-party providers like OpenAI, Meta (WhatsApp Business API), and Zapier. We are not responsible for service interruptions, price changes, or policy updates initiated by these external platforms. However, we offer maintenance packages to ensure your systems adapt to these changes.
5. Limitation of Liability
While our AI systems are designed for maximum accuracy, AI Automation Agency shall not be liable for any data loss or financial discrepancies resulting from algorithmic outputs or improper use of automated tools by the client's staff.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from our business automation services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi.
